DarkField Foundation

One offer. One price. No lock-in.

DarkField Foundation is the front door: your data warehoused, cleaned and unified into one source of truth - then analysed every month into a prioritised plan of action. Everything beyond it is custom, scoped from what your own data shows.

> one source of truth · analysed monthly · actions, not another dashboard
DarkField Foundation
€2,000/ month
€3,000one-time setup

No contract, no minimum term. The setup fee pays for the build - the results are what make clients stay.

The setup builds
  • A data warehouse in your own account - you own it from day one
  • Server-side tracking with consent recovery - capture that survives ad blockers and lost consent
  • Every relevant source connected and stitched together - analytics, ads, email, sales
  • The data cleaned: bots, internal traffic and noise stripped out
  • A tracking health check across your setup, with the basic fixes done
Every month after
  • The monthly findings report: what we found, what to change, in priority order - with last month's recommendations scored against what actually happened
  • The report doubles as your dashboard - clean monthly numbers, built to be forwarded to whoever asks
  • Automated data cleaning and management - the system stays trustworthy without you touching it
  • Answers to your questions about the report and your data

The boundary, in writing: Foundation analyses and recommends - you implement. When a recommendation becomes a build, that's custom work, scoped and quoted separately.

Where Foundation leads

Custom work, sold by evidence.

We don't sell custom projects from a menu - your monthly report sells them, when it finds something worth fixing. Every proposal is anchored against a quantified finding: the leak is worth this much, the fix costs a fraction of it.

Custom builds

Built when the data justifies it

Engagement scoring, behavioural A/B testing, warehouse and marts extensions, deep custom analyses - and channel work like email flows, ads management and testing programmes. Each is a fixed-price project, scoped from a finding in your report: the leak is quantified first, then the fix is priced against it.

Analysis partner

The full loop, run with you

Ongoing custom analysis on top of the built system: analyse, pinpoint actions, implement, measure, repeat - at a depth beyond the Foundation report. A fixed monthly retainer, shaped around your business.

Always a fixed project price or a fixed retainer - never a percentage of your revenue, never a request for your books.

The fair comparison

Why not just buy a tool?

You've probably looked at the attribution and analytics tools aimed at stores and growth teams. The honest difference: a tool gives you a better dashboard on the same dirty data. It doesn't fix the bots, the consent loss, or the broken tracking underneath - and it stops at metrics. We fix the data first, in your own warehouse, and we hand you decisions, not charts.

Their template

Your system

The tools are templates, built mostly for one vertical, and your data lives in their platform. Foundation is built on your stack, in your own warehouse - every source you have, not just the ones a template expects - and you keep it all.

Their ceiling

Attribution is one feature

Their end product is attribution numbers. Attribution is one feature of what we do - the monthly report goes on to what the numbers mean and what to change, like "move budget to the products returning 20.8x" from the sample report.

Their dashboard

Decisions, not charts

A dashboard tells you what happened. The report tells you what to change, what it should earn, and - the part no tool does - whether last month's advice actually worked, scored in writing.

The alternatives

DarkField Foundation · every source€2,000
Junior in-house analyst · one tool at a time~€6,000
Multi-agency stack · siloedmore

Fully-loaded monthly cost - and only one of the three sees your data in a single field.

Cloud · at cost

Pass-through

Infrastructure is billed directly to your own cloud account at cost - DarkField adds no markup. It scales with your traffic.

No lock-in

It's your database

No contract, no minimum term. The warehouse lives in your own account - if we part ways, you keep the data, the pipelines and everything in them.

Fair questions

Pricing, interrogated.

01What if you find nothing?

In every business we've analysed so far, the first report found recoverable value - misallocated spend, conversion leaks, untracked channels. If your data is genuinely already airtight, we'll say so in the First Look and tell you not to buy. No lock-in means you can also simply stop.

02What does Foundation NOT include?

Foundation analyses and recommends - you implement. Ad-hoc questions are welcome within fair use; when a question becomes a deep investigation, or a recommendation becomes a build ("score our visitors for us", "run the email flows"), that's custom work: scoped, quoted as a fixed price, and anchored against the finding that justifies it. The boundary is written down so the monthly fee stays honest.

03Who owns the data and the warehouse?

You do. The warehouse lives in your own account - you're the controller, we're the processor. If we ever part ways, you keep the warehouse, the pipelines and everything in them.

04How much of my time does it take?

Setup needs a few hours from you: access, a call, a handful of decisions. After that, it's reading one report a month and shipping the actions you choose.

05How fast until it pays for itself?

Single findings routinely outweigh the fee on their own - the sample report shows a typical one, a cart-recovery flow priced at about EUR 35,000 per period. The honest answer is that it depends on what your data is hiding; the report's job is to find out, and to put a number on everything it finds.

06Why is there a setup fee?

Because the setup is real work: the warehouse build, the connections, the stitching, the cleaning, the health check. Pricing it separately keeps the monthly fee clean and the exit free - no long contract doing the work a fair price should do.
